The Consulting Program is provided on-site with Randy Bennett serving as a part-time manager in your organization. Everything described above is included in the fee. Published assessments, if we use them, are extra. The Consulting Program is delivered in increments of a half-day per week at a cost per increment of $3,200 per month.
You gain the services of an experienced and credentialed executive for a total cost of $38,400 per year, less than you would pay for an entry-level manager.
